Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges.  Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and return items back within 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations, but please do contact me if you have any problems with your order.

However, please also note that because of the nature of the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Face masks
• Custom or personalised orders
• Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Approx dimensions

Pennants are approx 18cm x 12cm at their widest point. Tape is 150cm long

Materials

Cotton/Polycotton; iron on vinyl

Care

Wash on a delicate machine cycle at 40 °C / 105F. Iron on a low heat using steam, ironing print side down for best results. 

• We provide Royal Mail standard delivery on orders delivered to the UK and Internationally.  Prices on all products are outlined at checkout. 

  From the date of despatch, delivery times are normally approx 3-5 days for the UK and approx 6-7 days for the rest of the world.  Extra duty may also be payable by customers on international orders.
